Executive Admin Support (Part-Time)

Position Summary
Keystone Momentum is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to assist with daily business operations. This individual will support leadership with scheduling, communication, project coordination, document management, and administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
$21–$23/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and staff

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, forms, and correspondence

  • Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems

  • Coordinate events, workshops, and meetings

  • Assist with data entry and tracking program information

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and general office operations

  • Help maintain compliance documentation

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to learn new software platforms

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality

  • Reliable transportation to the South Dallas office when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative experience

  • Experience working in nonprofit, education, or vocational rehabilitation settings

  • Experience with Canva, Google Workspace and digital content creation is a plus

Job Coach / Field Supervisor (Part-Time)

Position Summary
The Job Coach / Field Supervisor provides direct support to individuals participating in Keystone Momentum's employment and vocational programs while supervising particpants. This role ensures quality services are delivered, documentation is completed accurately, and participants receive encouragement and guidance toward successful employment outcomes.
$17–$20/hour (based on experience)
Current Locations: Haltom City (M-F 12pm-4pm) and Uptown (M-F 9am-1pm)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor 1–2 particpants

  • Monitor service quality and ensure program expectations are met

  • Provide on-site coaching and support to participants at community job sites

  • Assist participants in developing workplace skills and independence

  • Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and required documentation

  • Communicate regularly with leadership regarding participant progress

  • Address concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Be able to travel job site (South Dallas and the Dallas Mid-Cities area)

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Dependable, punctual, and highly organized

  • Ability to write clear and accurate reports

  • Comfortable working independently in the community

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising employees or volunteers

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities

  • Knowledge of vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, or workforce development

  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
